We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic hostess/host for a large international provider of legal services in Amsterdam. For this role it is important that you have the necessary work experience in business services and that you can work well together within a team. This is a close-knit team of 8 colleagues. Our client is located on the Zuid-as in Amsterdam in a beautiful office. Worldwide 1600 employees work in key financial centers in Europe, Asia and the US.
Activities
- Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors in the entrance hall on the first floor.
- Taking and processing reservations, ensuring a welcoming and presentable meeting center and keeping client meetings in the meeting center running perfectly.
- Taking and transferring telephone calls.
- Taking and processing mail, courier items, business gifts, flowers, issuing gowns, rental bikes and electric cars for employees.
- You work mainly in the back office on the first floor.
Profile
- Representative and experienced hostess/ gentleman with a professional attitude who ensures a warm welcome.
- Experienced professional with appropriate experience in business services.
- Ability to work well together within a team.
- Be able to manage many things at once.
- Hands-on attitude.
- Flexible attitude, an eye for detail, a helicopter view, solution-oriented and practical.
- Good command of Dutch and English in word and writing.
- Good command of MS Office 365 and affinity with computers.
- Living in Amsterdam or direct surroundings.
- Flexible working hours in case of vacations or illness of close colleague.
