We are looking for an enthusiastic office assistant with good organizational skills. Your role includes welcoming and helping visitors and new employees and everything that comes with that. You also play an important role in good internal communication and coordinating logistical office processes to support daily operations. Hospitality is super important in your role as you are the first point of contact for guests. Your skills to create a welcoming environment contributes to the overall office culture. You will be part of the Facility Management team and work closely with 2 Personal Assistants. Our client is a large international financial institution in Amsterdam.
