We are looking for an ambitious junior team assistant for the Corporate Notary practice group. This is a role with a wide range of duties within a team where you will be given every opportunity to develop yourself. The more you become familiar with the subject matter, the more responsibility you will have within the team. Isn't that great?
Activities
- Elaborating/taking care of correspondence in Dutch and English.
- Processing mail
- Consulting various registers such as the basic registration of persons, the trustee register, the bankruptcy register, requesting extracts/statutes from the Chamber of Commerce.
- Preparing deeds for signature and all related activities.
- Work on identification of clients in accordance with KYC regulations.
- Telephone contact with clients and external agencies (Chamber of Commerce, courts).
- Preparation of expense statements.
- Creation, maintenance and filing of files.
Profile
- Assistant training completed at MBO-4 or HBO level.
- Eager to learn, flexible, accurate, initiating with a sense of responsibility.
- Team player.
- Good digital skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent language skills in both Dutch and English.
