We are looking for an HR professional who, along with three other HR Officers, will act as a point of contact for all colleagues with HR and salary related questions. Your tasks are varied, with a focus on coordinating, organizing and recording all operational activities. A highly varied role within an informal and inspiring work environment. Our client is a full-service law firm in Amsterdam.
Activities
- Processing incoming and outgoing employees, maintaining personnel information and drafting employment contracts.
- Ensuring that all information and mutations are entered correctly into the system (AFAS).
- Ensuring a soft landing of new colleagues: providing introduction day, all matters are arranged at the start of their employment.
- Correct application of the terms of employment regulations and all protocols.
- Answering questions from employees on HR related issues.
- Initiating/delivering contribution to improvements on behalf of HR processes.
- Processing (together with finance) the salary mutations so that external payroll processor can pay the salaries on time and correctly.
- Contributing to HR projects.

- Salary of minimum € 2,720 to maximum € 3,706 per month (depending on what you bring).
