Would you like to be part of our dynamic team in the Fleet Personal Injury Department? On behalf of our client( an international insurance company), we are looking for a talented/motivated/experienced Personal Injury Specialist to handle traffic injury cases with passion and professionalism.
Activities
- Carefully reviewing and settling personal injury cases.
- Collaborating with an experienced team to handle complex claims to perfection.
- Interpreting, applying and converting information into a thorough and expert assessment of damages and loss reserves.
- Communication with insureds and attorneys.
- Collaboration with specialists such as claims adjusters, attorneys, employment experts and medical advisors.
- Researching the needs of the victim to take appropriate actions.
Profile
- Assess coverage and liability.
- Providing information and education to injured parties and advocates.
- Handling files according to the Code of Conduct on Personal Injury Law (GBL).
- Directing the entire personal injury claims procedure.
- Maintaining frequent contact with the insured and his or her intermediary or proxy offices, advocates and other professionals involved.
- Independently taking decisions and (solution) initiatives regarding files.
- Providing guidance and support to (less experienced) colleagues.
Benefits
- Monthly salary based on 38 hours paid, 40 hours worked. This entitles the employee to an additional 13 days per year, making a total of 40 days (27 vacation days 13 HVT days).
- The choice can be made to convert 13 HVT days into a fixed additional salary component of 5.26% per month. After which there is still entitlement to 27 days per year. See o.b.v. 40 hours.
- Travel allowance 21 cents per km, with a max of 100 km per day.
- Discount on gym - up to 40 euros reimbursed at affiliated gyms in NL.
- Pension based on a defined contribution plan.
- Own contribution pension 5.5% of the pension base.
- Home working allowance 25 euro per month (gross) and laptop of the company - 2 days office / 3 days at home.
- Lease-a-bike arrangement.
