We are looking for a support professional who is available at very short notice for this challenging temporary role. It is important that you are incisive, collegial and can switch quickly. You will act as an intermediary between board and management to management team and the work organization and vice versa.

Activities

  • Coordinate planning and execution of work within office management.
  • Proactively identifying bottlenecks and suggesting solutions.
  • On time preparation of various meetings, agenda and meeting documents.
  • Monitoring agreements made for the director.
  • Organizational arrangements and annual planning around ALV.
  • Complex agenda management, drawing up the meeting cycle and preparing meetings.
  • Independent handling of correspondence.

Profile

  • HBO working and thinking level.
  • Relevant work experience in a complex organization.
  • Knowledge of the association structure and position of a work organization is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of Outlook and Office365. (Knowledge of iBabs and Sharepoint is included).
  • Good planning and organizing skills.
  • Team player and environmentally aware.
  • Strong communicator, decisive and stays calm under pressure.
  • Accurate and flexible.
  • Confidentiality and integrity come naturally to you.
