Activities

Accurate closing for the insurance company including balance sheet and P&L justifications, underwriting analysis and expense reports.
Source system and general ledger reconciliations.
Establishment of effective financial processes including controls.
Proactive contribution to improvement projects.
Coaching and collaborating with accounting team members.
Maintain close relationships with Finance and Business colleagues involved in creating, delivering or receiving financial services.

Profile

WO working and thinking level (with financial economic or accounting education)
Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
Accounting knowledge and experience.
Knowledge of financial processes, systems, controls.
Proficient in Excel.
Good command of Dutch and English.
Team player
Analytically strong with an eye for detail.
