We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic assistant with strong organizational skills. In this role, you will be responsible for reception and all related office management tasks. You will assist the management assistant team in supporting senior managers. This position offers a great opportunity to grow further in a professional and dynamic organization. Our client is a Private Equity organization with a focus on infrastructure.

Activities

  • Reception and office management.
  • Function as main point of contact for employees and customers.
  • Manage phone calls, emails and internal communications.
  • Organize, prepare and facilitate meetings, schedule presentations.
  • Assist Team Management Assistants in supporting senior managers: agenda management, travel arrangements, maintain credit card records.

Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a receptionist or management assistant, preferably in business services.
  • MBO level.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive, attention to detail, accurate.
  • Discreet handling of confidential information.
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • Good command of MS Office.
  • Team-oriented, but also independent
  • Positive and customer friendly.
  • Flexible and energetic.
