We are looking for a proactive Office Manager with strong organizational skills. In this versatile role, you will be the linchpin of the office and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Our client has a strong litigation practice. This means the pace is fast and no two days are the same. You know how to keep a cool head and ensure structure, clarity, and a smoothly running organization.

Activities

  • Coordinating and managing the administrative office.
  • Tracking absences and leave.
  • Managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Handling facility-related matters.
  • Onboarding new employees (such as setting up phones and laptops).
  • Organizing office activities, such as social gatherings and events.
  • Keeping track of birthdays and anniversaries.
  • Arranging office lunches.
  • Providing support to the attorneys in their cases.

Profile

  • Experience in a similar administrative support role.
  • Experience in a litigation practice is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to maintain an overview.
  • Good communication skills and a hands-on approach.
  • You thrive in a dynamic, professional environment.
