We are looking for an enthusiastic support professional with experience in the field and an affinity for the legal world. This is a varied role in which you will support the corporate M&A team. The team assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, real estate transfers, and mergers or demergers, for example. It is a broad-minded and driven team that offers you every opportunity to develop yourself.

Activities

  • Complex agenda management and scheduling meetings.
  • Processing various documents in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Creating and managing files/relationships.
  • Managing the relationship system.
  • Assisting with financial administration (expense claim process).
  • Researching parties.
  • Assisting in preparing deeds for execution.
  • Updating shareholder registers.
  • Adding parties to Codex.
  • Drafting/preparing concepts (incorporations, amendments to articles of association, certifications, etc.).

Profile

  • MBO+ working and thinking level.
  • 2-4 years of secretarial/notarial experience.
  • Good command of Dutch and English.
  • Good command of MS Office package.
  • Proactive and flexible.
  • Able to work accurately.
  • Stress-resistant and a real team player.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic.

Benefits

  • Salary €3,000 - €4,200 based on 37.5 hours.
  • 13th month.
