We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic support professional with experience in the legal field. This is a challenging role in which you will provide administrative support to the team. The corporate M&A team offers clients the right knowledge and experience in assisting with e.g. mergers and acquisitions, transfer of real estate, implementation of mergers etc. A broadly oriented team in which you will have every opportunity to develop yourself.

Activities

  • Complex agenda management and scheduling of meetings.
  • Processing various documents in Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Creating and managing files/relationships.
  • Manage relations system.
  • Supporting financial administration (declaration process).
  • Researching parties.
  • Assist with preparation of deeds.
  • Updating registers of shareholders.
  • Attach parties in Codex.
  • Drafting/preparing drafts (incorporations, amendments to articles of association, certifications, etc.).

Profile

  • MBO working and thinking level.
  • 2-4 years of secretarial/notarial experience.
  • Good command of Dutch and English.
  • Good command of MS Office package.
  • Proactive and flexible.
  • Precise work.
  • Stress resistant and a real team player.
  • Enthusiastic and energetic.
