We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic support professional for our client. Together with two other colleagues, you will perform supportive and highly varied work for the legal team. Our client attaches great value to professionalism and quality. At the same time, the firm is characterized as open and informal with personal contact, short lines of communication and a great team spirit. Anything but a stuffy office with lots of energy and never a dull moment.

Activities

Point of contact for visitors and acts as host/hostess.
Maintain contact with clients, opposing parties and judicial authorities.
Organizing and managing agenda planning.
Taking care of and creating (digital) files.
Careful layout and editing of texts.
Assisting with drinks, courses and events.

Profile

Some experience as a legal secretary in a law firm.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Good command of Dutch and English in word and writing.
Hospitable and service-oriented with attention and care for clients/relationships and for a pleasant working environment.
Energetic, positive personality with a sense of humor and ability to put things into perspective.
Flexible and solution oriented.
Integrity, meticulous and proactive.
