Amsterdam / Remote 30 hours p.w. Fixed 34k - 50k / yr Posted on January 14th

We are looking for an assistant who goes the extra mile and enjoys being involved in the content of various projects.

Activities

Complex agenda management and scheduling of meetings.
Processing various documents in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Creating and managing files/relationships.
Management of relation system.
Writing correspondence (both in Dutch and English).
Preparation of legal documents.
Supporting financial administration (declaration process).

Profile

MBO working and thinking level.
Proactive, meticulous, entrepreneurial, flexible and stress-resistant.
Service-oriented attitude and good at setting priorities.
Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel among others and you have an excellent command of the - Good command of Dutch and English language.
2 to 4 years of secretarial experience in a legal environment.
