What will you do?

Reviewing and managing health declarations, medical records, and supplementary information.
Analyzing medical risks and preparing appropriate underwriting decisions.
Answering customer questions via phone, email, and chat regarding files, policies, and decisions.
Requesting, verifying, and carefully processing medical and administrative data.
Liaising with customers, medical advisors, and specialists on more complex issues.
Monitoring deadlines, turnaround times, and next steps within underwriting processes.
Processing policy changes and keeping customer records up to date.
Helping to build the new medical underwriting team and improve processes.

What do you offer?

Relevant experience in administrative or secretarial work, preferably in a medical or insurance setting.
Strong organizational skills with a natural talent for multitasking.
Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
A customer-focused attitude that prioritizes the needs of the business owner.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to obtain the WFT certification.
The ability to work accurately in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.

Who is a good fit for this job?

You have strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills in Dutch, and preferably experience in a medical or insurance setting. You are detail-oriented, customer-focused, and willing to earn your WFT certification.
