We are looking for a proactive and independent HR professional who is people-oriented and collaborative. In this role you will perform HR administrative tasks, offer support in Talent Acquisition and participate in various HR projects both locally and internationally. In this role you will work closely with the Country Human Resources Manager of the Dutch office. Our client offers insurance solutions that respond to the risks of companies and individuals.

Activities

  • Responsible for performing general HR administrative tasks.
  • Monitor and handle inquiries in NL HR mailbox.
  • Track HR cycle (inflow and outflow of employees).
  • Duties of HR Shared Services.
  • Monthly payroll administration (preparation and reporting).
  • Sick leave process.
  • Talent recruitment support: drafting job applications, contacting agencies, coordinating job interviews.
  • Maintain contacts with universities and/or agencies.
  • Participate in various HR projects.
  • Coordination of learning and development program.
  • Arranging insurance-related mandatory training courses (WFT).
  • Advise managers on personal training needs.

Profile

  • Experience in a coordinating or similar (administrative) role (high volume and pace)
  • Knowledge of HR processes or experience within HR administrative environment.
  • Preferably experience with sick leave.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word / Outlook / Excel / PowerPoint and preferably Workday and ADP.
  • Highly organized with an eye for detail.
  • Previous experience with a large multinational organization is a plus.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic.
  • Proactive self-starter.
