We are looking for an experienced and talented personal injury specialist to join the dynamic team of the Fleet Personal Injury Department. On behalf of our client, an international insurance company, we are looking for a specialist who will handle traffic injury cases with passion and professionalism.

Activities

Careful review and settlement of personal injury cases.
Collaborating with team to accurately handle complex claims.
Making expert assessment of damages and loss reserves.
Communication with insureds and attorneys.
Collaboration with specialists (claims adjusters, attorneys, employment experts and medical advisors).
Researching the needs of the victim to take appropriate
Assessing coverage and liability.
Information and education to injured parties and advocates.
File handling according to the code of conduct (GBL).
Directing the entire personal injury procedure.
Providing guidance and support to (less experienced) colleagues.

Profile

HBO working and thinking level with relevant training.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Communication skills.
Decisive and able to make decisions independently.
Analytical ability.
Empathic ability.
Team player.

Benefits

Salary up to 6500 euros based on experience.
Bonus scheme, rising to 20% of annual salary.
Travel allowance.

40 vacation days, for full-time employment. (27 permanent and 13 ADV days).
