We are looking for a super organizer to join our client's enthusiastic marketing and communications team. You will be involved in the planning and organization of B2B events. You will also play an important role in the marketing strategy and communication around events. Our client is an investment company of companies that seize sustainable opportunities. You get all the freedom and responsibility to use your creativity.

Activities

  • Plan, organize and execute B2B events.
  • Collaborate on event flow and follow-up (emails, PR, social media, database management, film crew coordination).
  • Optimal use of marketing automation tools such as Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Writing and publishing event-related content for email, social media and other channels.
  • Ensure overall branding around events.

Profile

  • Approximately 5 years of experience in B2B marketing and event organization.
  • Knowledge and experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Pardot and/or Hubspot).
  • Experience with website backends such as WorldPress.
  • Proactive, creative and helpful.
  • Hands-on mentality and thinking in solutions.
