We are looking for an ambitious support professional with preferably work experience at a family office or at a trust office. Together with the team you will take care of and support the families with complex and impactful issues and administrative work. The team also functions as the lynchpin for advisors and parties around the family.
Activities
- Preparation and follow-up discussions with clients.
- Involvement in organization of clients' family assets.
- Supporting directors and controllers in daily activities.
- Preparation and updating of client files (including trust services).
Profile
- Minimum HBO working and thinking level.
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Work experience at a family office or in trust is a plus.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of MS-office.
- Good communication and social skills.
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Service oriented, pro-active, accurate, flexible, solution oriented.
- Team player.
