We are looking for a versatile professional who likes to switch between different responsibilities and feels at home in a dynamic and international organization. In this role you will support the 3-headed management and ensure that projects, legal issues and administrative processes run smoothly.

Activities

  • Function as a liaison between organization and external parties and support on legal issues.
  • Ensure proper communication with investors.
  • Process management and coordination of administrative processes.
  • Project management: supporting strategic projects.
  • Structure daily processes.
  • Supporting management in daily business.

Profile

  • HBO working and thinking level.
  • Analytically strong and experience with Excel.
  • Tackler who can keep several balls in the air.
  • Communicative and able to switch effortlessly between parties.
  • Feels at home in a dynamic work environment.
  • Experience with and interest in legal processes and financial reporting (advantage).
  • Functions as a connecting factor between finance and legal.
