Activities

• Manage profitability in your own portfolio by controlling the adequacy of rates, line size, technical quality and schedule, etc.
• Negotiate and close profitable new and renewal contracts according to AIG guidelines/authorities.
• Ensure accurate and compliant policy documentation and support completion of policy administration
• Actively liaise with and engage colleagues in distribution, risk engineering, claims and operations
• Develop engaging positive relationships with customers, brokers and other relevant internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and exchange vision, knowledge and expertise with internal colleagues and external market partners.
