A major player within the Dutch co-insurance market is looking for a senior underwriter Fire. In this role you will be responsible for independently assessing, quoting and accepting complex fire risks, particularly within co-insurance. You will work closely with insurance brokers and actively use Salesforce to provide commercial and service-oriented service to relationships.

Activities

Assessment and underwriting of complex fire risks within the co-insurance segment
Maintain commercial relationships with brokers
Analyzing portfolio data and exploiting commercial opportunities
Participate in product development and improving terms and conditions
Managing existing pools and covers
Improve administrative processes, with a focus on Salesforce
Active participation in market and networking events

Profile

HBO working and thinking level with relevant diplomas (WFT Basis, Business Damage, Fire)
Several years of experience in fire underwriting within the co-insurance market
Commercial, analytical, solution oriented and proactive
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
Experience with Salesforce is a plus
