What will you do?

Develop and expand the international portfolio for Hull & Machinery risks.
Actively solicit new business from shipowners, vessel owners, and operators.
Analyze complex maritime risks and translate them into appropriate solutions.
Independently negotiating premiums and terms with insurers and underwriters.
Managing the entire process of placements, tenders, and renewals.
Determining the commercial strategy and positioning of the new practice.

What do you offer?

At least 8 years of relevant experience in marine insurance, broking, or underwriting.
In-depth knowledge of hull and machinery risks.
Extensive experience with ocean-going vessels and various types of ships.
Proven track record in successfully placing and negotiating complex risks.
Strong international network within the shipping and insurance community.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to eventually lead a team.
