We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Receptionist for an international organization in the Amstelveen area. In this versatile role, you will be the face of the organization and ensure a professional and welcoming reception for visitors, customers, and suppliers every day. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and that visitors feel welcome right away.

What will you do?

Greeting and assisting visitors.
Answering and transferring incoming phone calls.
Processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Managing the general mailbox.
Assisting with administrative tasks.
Recording and processing visitor information.
Ensuring a neat and professional reception and meeting area.
Maintaining contact with facility service providers as needed.

What do you offer?

Is customer-focused, professional, and service-oriented.
Is available to work 4 days a week.
Is flexible enough to work 5 days a week during holidays or when colleagues are sick.
Has a good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Is proficient with MS Office.
Has strong communication skills and can adapt quickly.
Works independently but also enjoys being part of a team.
Is detail-oriented and able to handle stress.
Has experience in a similar role (preferred).

What do you get back?

Salary between €2,750 and €3,500 gross per month on a full-time basis, depending on your experience, excluding vacation pay.
Bonus and 13th-month bonus.
27 vacation days and 13 compensatory days off on a full-time basis.
