Do you want to really help people when it matters most? Our client—a leading international insurer—is looking for a Personal Injury Claims Handler who can handle cases and support clients after an accident with care, empathy, and decisiveness.

Activities

Handling personal injury cases from start to finish.
Conducting interviews with clients and involved parties to form a clear picture of the damage.
Visiting clients in the Amsterdam region.
Negotiating, advising, and finding solutions with an eye for both people and results.
Collaborating with internal and external specialists to ensure cases are handled correctly and efficiently.

Profile

Higher vocational education (HBO) level of working and thinking, preferably in Law or a similar field.
Experience in (personal injury) claims handling or strong motivation to learn this.
Strong communication skills, empathetic, and decisive.
Analytical, stress-resistant, and meticulous in your work.
In possession of a driver's license (B).
