What will you do?

Preparing, managing, and finalizing a wide range of notarial cases.
Carefully preparing deeds for execution.
Filing and submitting reports with the Chamber of Commerce.
Preparing and maintaining shareholder registers.
Reviewing and processing various notarial documents.
Maintaining contact with clients and external stakeholders.
Actively contributing ideas on how to optimize processes and work methods.

What do you offer?

Completed vocational (MBO) or higher vocational (HBO) education in a relevant field.
At least three years of relevant work experience in the notarial profession.
Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
Proactive, reliable, and meticulous work ethic.
Strong ability to set priorities and maintain a clear overview under pressure.
Good communication skills when working with colleagues and clients.
Availability four or five days a week.

Monthly salary of €3,000 to €4,600 based on a full-time workweek.
