What will you do?

  • Preparing, managing, and finalizing a wide range of notarial cases.
  • Carefully preparing deeds for execution.
  • Filing and submitting reports with the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Preparing and maintaining shareholder registers.
  • Reviewing and processing various notarial documents.
  • Maintaining contact with clients and external stakeholders.
  • Actively contributing ideas on how to optimize processes and work methods.

What do you offer?

  • Completed vocational (MBO) or higher vocational (HBO) education in a relevant field.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience in the notarial profession.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
  • Proactive, reliable, and meticulous work ethic.
  • Strong ability to set priorities and maintain a clear overview under pressure.
  • Good communication skills when working with colleagues and clients.
  • Availability four or five days a week.
