What will you do?

Leading a team of seven brokers and four administrative staff members.
Optimizing business processes and conversions within the property broking segment.
Serving as a hands-on team leader and point of contact for the team.
Actively participating in and contributing to strategic discussions during management team meetings.
Strengthening mutual collaboration and team culture.
Ensuring quality in the SME, provincial, and international market segments.
Growing the team from the very beginning through new hires.

What do you offer?

Extensive experience as a senior professional in the real estate industry, preferably in brokerage.
Leadership experience, or a natural aptitude for it.
Experience with, or a willingness to contribute at, the management team level.
Empathy and a natural focus on collaboration over hierarchy.
Willingness to be present in the office at least two days a week.
