Are you an experienced professional in the real estate industry who enjoys connecting people?

The team, consisting of brokers and administrative staff, is looking for a manager who, as a hands-on leader, will help set the course with genuine commitment. In an environment where growth and development are top priorities, you’ll have the freedom to make a difference as a leader.

What will you do?

  • Leading a team of seven brokers and four administrative staff members.
  • Optimizing business processes and conversions within the property broking segment.
  • Serving as a hands-on team leader and point of contact for the team.
  • Actively participating in and contributing to strategic discussions during management team meetings.
  • Strengthening mutual collaboration and team culture.
  • Ensuring quality in the SME, provincial, and international market segments.
  • Growing the team from the very beginning through new hires.

What do you offer?

  • Extensive experience as a senior professional in the real estate industry, preferably in brokerage.
  • Leadership experience, or a natural aptitude for it.
  • Experience with, or a willingness to contribute at, the management team level.
  • Empathy and a natural focus on collaboration over hierarchy.
  • Willingness to be present in the office at least two days a week.
