We are seeking a Cyber, Liability & Special Lines Manager for a leading player in the commercial insurance market. In this role, you will lead a specialized brokerage team with a strong focus on complex liability and specialty risks.

This is not a role for a remote manager. The organization is looking for someone who can contribute substantively at a high level, drive the team forward, and simultaneously provide stability, collaboration, and direction. You are visible, approachable, and capable of making a difference both professionally and organizationally.

Your core expertise lies primarily in PI, Cyber, and managing as a team player.
As Manager of Cyber, Liability & Special Lines, you will lead a team of approximately 15 brokers and 6 administrative staff. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, further professionalization, and substantive development of the department.

What will you do?

  • Leading, coaching, and developing brokers and administrative staff.
  • Optimizing processes, workload distribution, quality, and commercial conversion.
  • Ensuring collaboration within the team and with other departments.
  • Contributing substantive input on complex risks, quotes, and insurance solutions.
  • Consulting with colleagues on topics including Liability, PI, Cyber, General Liability, D&O, and Special Lines.
  • Liaising with account management, insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Translating results and management information into concrete improvement actions.
  • Actively participating in management team meetings and contributing to the department’s future direction.

  • Subject matter expertise primarily in PI and Cyber, with experience in other liability areas and miscellaneous lines considered a plus.
