What will you do?

Supporting account managers.
Preparing insurance advice based on policy conditions and legal guidelines.
Assessing the extent of damage and determining liability.
Maintaining contact with customers, brokers, and insurers.
Advising customers.
Proactively managing your own caseload and following up on outstanding matters.
Ensuring the timely and correct administrative processing of requests for advice.

What do you offer?

You have completed secondary vocational education (MBO) or higher professional education (HBO).
You have at least 3 years of experience as an office employee, account manager, or in another commercial insurance role.
You have knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations and insurance products.
You have excellent communication skills and can communicate clearly and in a customer-focused manner, both verbally and in writing.
You work accurately and can handle deadlines and hectic situations well.

What do you get back?

A salary between €3,200 and €4,800 gross per month.
Up to 30 days of leave, a non-contributory pension scheme, and a bonus scheme.
