Do you have an MBO degree in Business Administration (or similar) and would you like to work in an ambitious, growing organization with an informal atmosphere? We are looking for a Junior Financial Administrative Assistant who can grow into an all-round professional within a few years.

Activities

  • Contact clients for (for example) missing information
  • Support in the various periodic reports
  • Monitoring debtors and creditors
  • Signal function in case of irregularities
  • Keep administrations of various clients up to date:
    • Entering and checking purchase and/or sales invoices and scan & recognize softwareProcessing bank mutationsPreparing payments / payment filesPreparation of VAT / ICP declarations

Profile

    For this position, we are looking for an accurate and inquisitive financial professional with:
  • A completed MBO-4 degree in a financial field (or similar)
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language, both oral and written
  • Skill with MS Office, in particular Excel and Word
  • Experience with accounting packages (e.g. AFAS, Yuki).
    • In addition, you recognize yourself in the following characteristics:
  • Accurate and working independently according to established procedures.
  • Representative, communicative and socially competent
  • Curious, eager to learn and willing to follow training or courses.
    • In short: you combine professional knowledge with a professional attitude and the drive to keep developing yourself.
