We are seeking a Claims Team Manager for a major service provider in the Dutch insurance market that aims to become the industry leader. The organization is in a phase of rapid development and growth, with a focus on high-quality, professional service.

What will you do?

Leading and coaching a team of approximately 20 claims professionals.
Overseeing day-to-day operations related to personal and commercial claims.
Serving as a subject-matter sounding board for the claims adjusters on the team.
Facilitating the personal and professional growth of team members.
Focusing on quality, productivity, and an optimal distribution of work.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing them together with the team.
Translating organizational objectives into daily practices on the job.
