Are you an analytical and customer-focused claims handler with experience in the business insurance market? Do you have a passion for handling traffic claims and are you looking for a new challenge? Then we are looking for you!

Activities

Independently handling traffic claims for corporate clients.
Assessing claims based on policy conditions and legal guidelines.
Estimating the claim size and determining liability.
Maintaining contact with customers, loss adjusters, suppliers and other involved parties.
Advising clients on compensation and recovery options.
Proactively managing your own caseload and following up on open cases.
Ensuring timely and accurate administrative processing of claims.

Profile

Je hebt een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in de richting van verzekeringen of schadebeheer.
Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als schadebehandelaar verkeer.
Je hebt kennis van de relevante wet- en regelgeving en verzekeringsproducten.
Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt zowel mondeling als schriftelijk helder en klantgericht communiceren.
Je werkt nauwkeurig en kunt goed omgaan met deadlines en hectische situaties.
