Are you an analytical and curious claims handler with experience in general liability insurance? Do you want to take full ownership of cases from start to finish and further develop your skills toward a more legally focused role? Then this position as a General Liability Claims Handler is the right fit for you.

What will you do?

Independently handling general liability claims from intake through settlement
Assessing liability and coverage based on policy terms and legislation
Managing your own cases, including communicating with clients, experts, and legal counsel
Making independent decisions and paying out claims
Being involved in legal processes and procedures as needed.
Analyzing complex claims and making well-considered assessments.
Actively contributing to team meetings and knowledge sharing within the team.
Deepening your legal knowledge through practical experience and collaboration with external parties.

What do you offer?

You have at least 2 years of experience as a claims adjuster, preferably in general liability insurance.
Experience with personal injury (PI) claims is a plus.
You are analytical, inquisitive, and have an eye for detail.
You have strong communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
You can handle stress well and switch easily between different cases.
You have an affinity for or background in law.

What do you get back?

A salary between €3,500 and €5,750 gross per month (depending on experience)
A 13th month’s salary and vacation pay
27 vacation days + approximately 13 additional days possible
