We are looking for a Marine Broker with well-developed relationship management skills and a passion for the maritime (Hull) sector. In this role, you will work with selected insurers, identify and create new business opportunities, and make effective broking decisions. You have clear ambitions to grow further in broking and are able to mentor more junior colleagues.

What will you do?

Building effective relationships in the areas of underwriting/broking, claims, and customers.
Contributing to the development of the business plan.
Formulating propositions and risk appetite clearly and positively.
Maximizing profitable business growth.
Accurately recording and registering data.
Making progress through license levels according to the development plan.

What do you offer?

Several years of experience in marine insurance (Hull) and a minimum of a bachelor's degree.
Successfully completed WFT exams, or willing to do so.
Willing to undergo additional training if necessary.
Proficient in working with (Excel) data, tools, and systems.
Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
Effective team player with an organized approach to work.
Commercial mindset with a passion for achieving results.
