Responsible for supporting the local HR team with day to day administration work for the Netherlands and Belgium. Handles various mail, incoming and outgoing correspondence. Maintains up to date internal filing of documents. Keep HR-system up to date. Assists with all administrative day to day HR and recruitment activities. Usually operates with supervision and regular review of completed work.

    Prepare employment contracts:

  • Prepare HR onboarding meeting:
  • Prepare welcome package
  • Print mandatory steps
  • Make benefit sheet
  • Benefit flyer
  • Parking card
  • Access badge
  • Bike
  • Make induction program:
  • Plan probation period, check + follow up on saving document
  • Plan meeting HR-manager
  • Plan Data tour
  • Exit:
  • Update HR system
  • Upload exit documents
  • Sent exit interview to Recruitment
  • Contract management:
  • Make consultancy contracts and NDA’s
  • Fill HR system + upload documents
  • Lease:
  • Fill HR system
  • Upload documents
  • Various:
  • Download Pension invoices each month for Finance
  • Salary review round
  • Upload letters
  • Helping with all kind of administrative HR related support
  • HR-system:
  • Keep up to date with all relevant information and documents for various processes


Ideally this candidate wants to pursue a career in HR and can demonstrate first-hand experience from a similar role.

  • MBO/HBO working and thinking level
  • Approximately 2 years of administrative work experience
  • Fluent in English, both written and orally
  • Proficiency in MS Office Requirements
  • Attention to detail
  • Accurate
