We are looking for an enthusiastic go-getter looking for a varied role as a 'receptionist plus'.
In this role you will be responsible for administrative and reception duties and be the hub of the office. You will provide a welcoming and inviting office environment and have a real eye for detail. No day is the same at this small notary office and you will be offered the opportunity to develop yourself and grow in your role.

Activities

  • Welcoming clients and directing them to meeting rooms.
  • Making appointments and reserving meeting rooms and cleaning up afterwards.
  • Processing mail and preparing mailing letters.
  • Scanning passports and signatures.
  • Processing minute deeds, scanning them into proper file and entering them into the books.
  • Filing.
  • Manage office inventory.
  • Supporting the notary public.
  • Administrative support for the team.
  • Agenda management.
  • Preparing files for dispatch.
  • Keeping the office tidy and inviting.
  • Preparing declarations.

Profile

  • MBO level.
  • Communication strong.
  • Hospitable and eye for physical environment.
  • Service-oriented, connecting.
  • Structured and able to switch quickly between tasks.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Eye for detail.

Benefits

  • Salary between 2500,- and 2800,- obv full-time and depending on experience and what you bring.
